OSINT CoE signed a Memorandum of Understanding with EU INTCEN

Director of the Centre of Excellence for OSINT Dr. Tomislav Dokman and Director of the European Union Intelligence Analysis Centre (EU INTCEN) José Casimiro Morgado signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Brussels on May 6^th, 2024. 

Director of the Centre of Excellence for OSINT Dr. Tomislav Dokman and Director of the European Union Intelligence Analysis Centre (EU INTCEN) José Casimiro Morgado signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Brussels on May 6^th, 2024. This document defined the framework for future cooperation between the two institutions.

EU INTCEN is publicly known as the "EU's civilian intelligence unit." It operates as one of the Directorates of the European External Action Service (EEAS) and reports directly to the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Its analytical products are based on data obtained from the intelligence and security services of EU member states.

We consider the signing of the MoU with the EU INTCEN to be an important step towards continued development of the Centre's image and importance within the European security and intelligence community
