Switzerland officially joined the OSINT CoE

The heads of the OSINT CoE and the Federal Intelligence Service (FIS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking Switzerland's accession to the organisation

Dr. Tomislav Dokman, Director of the Centre of Excellence for OSINT, and the current head of Switzerland’s Federal Intelligence Service (FIS) met in Bern on February 26th, 2025, to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and formalize Switzerland’s accession to membership of the OSINT CoE.

The interlocutors expressed their great satisfaction with Switzerland joining the OSINT CoE. The FIS will now be able to actively participate in and contribute to the broad scope of the Centre's activities, which are focused on strengthening the European intelligence community’s capabilities to timely detect various security threats.
